Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the specific reason for your return.

  Receive Authorization

  Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with a prepaid shipping label if applicable.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the unused portion of your product or the unopened containers in their original packaging and drop the parcel at any authorized carrier location.

  Process Refund

  Once your return is received at our warehouse, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
